Are the items in your shop digital downloads? YES
Yes — all items are digital downloads, so nothing will be printed or shipped.
Note: Product images are for display purposes only. Frames, props, and décor shown in listing photos are not included.
What types of digital products do you offer?
We offer three different types of digital products, each with its own delivery method and editing platform:
✅ Editable Jet Templates – edited online in JetTemplate; the access link is sent to your email within 5–10 minutes after purchase. No need to wait for us — it’s automatic!
☑️ Editable Canva Templates – edited in free Canva; the access link is included inside a PDF you download instantly from Etsy.
🖨️ Printable Files – non-editable PDFs or JPGs you download directly from Etsy and print; fill in by hand.

Each listing clearly states whether the item is editable (and with which platform) or a non-editable printable. This helps ensure you know exactly what to expect.
How do I access Jet Templates, and what should I know about them?
You’ll receive an email with your JetTemplate access link within 5–10 minutes after purchase.
📧 Make sure you're logged in and signed into Etsy with the correct email address, as the link will be automatically sent there (changing your Etsy email after purchase doesn’t affect delivery).
🚫 Avoid using Apple’s "Hide My Email" feature — it may block delivery.
• Templates are reusable — edit and download them as many times as you like.
• Help guide is also included and available for direct download (from Etsy).
• No special software is needed — just an internet connection and basic computer skills. For the best experience, we recommend using the Chrome browser.
How do I access Canva templates, and what should I know about them?
After purchase, download the PDF directly from Etsy. Open the PDF to find your Canva template access link.

I can’t find my download on Etsy — where is it?
Etsy does not support digital downloads through the Etsy app. To access your files, log into Etsy using a desktop or mobile browser, go to Purchases & Reviews, and download your file from there.
Where can I find details about a specific item?
Each product includes a detailed description with all important information — such as size, editing platform, and more.
• Be sure to check the listing photos as well — many include visual guides and extra details.
