***Processing Times*** Usually 8-10 business days (M-F) from receipt of payment. Large (6 sets or more) and custom orders usually take at least 10 business days (M-F). HOLIDAYS, weekends AND SHIPPING TIME are not included in processing time. Large custom orders may take longer. Please message me if you have any questions about processing or shipping times. Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 25% processing fee that will NOT be refunded from the purchase total (before shipping and taxes).

***Please note felties will NOT arrive as pictured in the listings. The felties will come in strips, sheets or squares and you trim excess felt and remove stabilizer.

Coupons DO NOT apply to instant download files, badge reels, sale or custom order. Cancelled orders are subject to nonrefundable fees not being included in refund.

All orders are machine embroidered with quality felt and embroidery thread. Felties will come in strips, sheets or individual squares and you trim the excess felt around the thread design. Custom orders may be taken on a case by case basis depending on time of year and current workload. Please send a conversation BEFORE ordering. Custom colors start with a 3 set minimum.

CUT felties area also available for a small cutting fee. Please message us for more information. This option is not always available.

****SHIPPING*****All orders are shipped first class USPS mail with a tracking confirmation number. Approximate shipping times within the United State are 3-5 business days. These times are NOT GUARANTEED but used as a guideline from the USPS. Priority shipping is also available for an additional charge and may be added to your order.

International shipping varies greatly and can take up to a month or more to receive depending on the country. Please note that I am not responsible for items once they have been shipped. I will do my best to work with you but I do not guarantee shipping times. Please refer to the USPS with your confirmation number.

Colors may differ from your computer screen and felt and thread may slightly change between sets. Please reference our felt color chart if you have any questions.
