Can I return personalized orders?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on personalized orders. Each custom product is uniquely tailored to your specifications, making them unsuitable for resale.
Can I make changes to the size, color, or address of my order after it has been placed?
Due to our rapid processing time of 1-2 days, we are unable to accommodate changes to orders once they have been placed. However, if you contact us within 1-2 hours of placing your order, we may be able to assist you with making necessary adjustments.
Custom and Personalized Orders
In the event that your selected color or size is out of stock, you can proceed to place your order using an alternative color or size. Please notify us of your preferred color through the "Message to Seller" box or via our Message Center. Rest assured, we do have stock available in your desired color and size; any discrepancies in availability displayed on Etsy are due to technical issues. Once we receive your message, we will manually adjust your order accordingly on our end.

Embroidery on Inside Sleeves
We regret to inform you that we do not offer embroidery on the inside of sleeves. Our embroidery process requires secure hooping of the fabric, which is not feasible on the inside of sleeves due to technical constraints with embroidery machines. However, we do offer embroidery on the outside of sleeves where secure hooping is possible. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or customization requests.

If you decide to cancel your order after approving the artwork, a £10 fee will be retained. This fee covers the setup cost associated with creating the artwork. The remaining amount of your order will then be refunded or processed as per our standard procedures.
