Delivery times vary depending on your location:

📦 NZ: 3–10 business days
📦 US & Canada: Wall art is printed & shipped within the US — most orders arrive in 5–10 business days (no tariffs!)
📦 International (outside NZ & US): 2–4 weeks*

We aim to ship all orders within 2–7 business days.

*Remote destinations or peak holiday seasons may result in longer delivery times.

For New Zealand and international orders, all of our wall art and greeting cards are made in-house and shipped from our studio in Akaroa, New Zealand.

For US & Canada orders, we’ve partnered with a US-based printing company — all wall art is printed and shipped locally, ensuring fast delivery with no tariffs added.

Please note: Greeting cards for US & Canada customers are sent from New Zealand as letter mail (also with no tariffs). Delivery is up to 4 weeks.

Our art prints come in standard ISO A sizes:

• A4 – 21 × 29.7 cm (8.3 × 11.7 in)
• A3 – 29.7 × 42 cm (11.7 × 16.5 in)
• A2 – 42 × 59.4 cm (16.5 × 23.4 in)

We also offer popular US sizes:

• 8 × 10 in (20.3 × 25.4 cm)
• 11 × 14 in (27.9 × 35.6 cm)
• 16 × 20 in (40.64 × 50.8 cm)

Our greeting cards are a standard 5 × 7 in (approx. 13 × 18 cm) when folded, and each comes with a kraft envelope.

Please note: US print sizes use different proportions than ISO A-sizes. Because my artwork is originally designed in ISO A formats, the composition may be slightly adjusted to fit US dimensions.

I print in your region’s standard format: US & Canada orders are printed in inches, and most other countries in ISO A sizes.

All prints and greeting cards are carefully packaged. Gift wrapping is available for a small fee at checkout.

Prints are shipped flat in sturdy cardboard or rolled in poster tubes. If your print arrives curled, simply lay it flat under a few books or place it in a frame to straighten.

We offer a custom floral name print where I handwrite your child’s name.

To keep your print looking beautiful for years, avoid hanging it in direct sunlight. We use high-quality inks and archival-grade paper, but prolonged exposure to the sun can still cause fading over time.

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or stolen packages — please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If an order is returned to us for any reason, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
