1 out of 5 starsReceived promptly (7 days), but it was NOT the size ordered, and it was very cheap material. Promptly contacted Emma’s-shop and was told I couldn’t exchange it for the correct size and it was non-returnable. Feeling completely ripped off. I do not recommend doing busy with this business when they send you the wrong size and tell you it’s non-returnable. Shop elsewhere.

Hi Carol, I so appreciate the effort as you mentioned to support a small business. And feel badly that the shirt didn't meet your expectations. However, I think there may have been a bit of a misunderstanding on what you were ordering. The shirt is vintage, which means it is one of a kind and there aren't other size options to be able to swap it out for. Because of this it is common (and encouraged!) that people will often write to ask specifics if they need to know more or are concerned the item might not be what they are looking for. My return policy is listed clearly in my shop page info. And though I'm happy to consider exchanges it is very tricky both as a small business and with something as personal as jewelry and vintage to accept returns during Covid. I'm trying my best to navigate it all as well : )
