CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We work quickly, so personalised orders cannot normally be cancelled once design work or printing has begun.
If a non-personalised item has already been dispatched, it may need to be returned under our standard returns policy.
Custom and personalized orders
Most of our designs can be personalised with names, numbers, colours or custom wording. Please enter your details carefully and check all spelling before ordering, as your information will normally be printed exactly as supplied.
Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged because they have been created specifically for you. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or significantly different from the listing description.
ARE THESE PHYSICAL PRINTS?
Yes. All our wall-art listings are professionally printed physical products posted directly to you. We do not supply digital downloads unless a listing specifically states otherwise.
WHAT SIZES AND PAPER FINISHES ARE AVAILABLE?
Our standard print sizes are:
A5 – 148 × 210mm
A4 – 210 × 297mm
A3 – 297 × 420mm
A5 and A4 prints are produced on quality 200gsm high-gloss paper. A3 prints use a smooth 200gsm matte finish. We use fade-resistant inks to provide bright, lasting colours.
ARE FRAMES INCLUDED?
Frames are only included when a framed option is selected from the listing menu. Our optional black frames are currently available in A4 size and can be displayed standing or wall-mounted.
Any frames shown in listing photographs are for presentation purposes unless the product options clearly include a frame.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Orders are normally created and dispatched within two working days. We frequently dispatch sooner, but personalised orders may take slightly longer if important information is missing or clarification is required.
Please check the estimated delivery dates shown by Etsy before ordering. Estimated dates are not guaranteed, particularly during busy seasonal periods or postal delays.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
A5 and A4 prints are placed in a protective sleeve with rigid backing and sent flat in a hard-backed envelope.
A3 prints are carefully rolled and sent in a strong protective postal tube.
Framed prints receive additional protective packaging to help them arrive safely.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO PROVIDE PERSONALISATION?
We will contact you through Etsy Messages if any required information is missing.
To avoid delaying time-sensitive orders, if we do not receive a reply by the deadline stated in our message, we may print the design using the example or default option shown in the listing. If this is not possible, the order may need to be cancelled and refunded.
CAN I REQUEST A DIFFERENT COLOUR OR CHANGE THE WORDING?
Yes. Many designs can be adjusted with different colours, names, numbers or wording. Please contact us before ordering if you need a change that is not shown in the listing so we can confirm whether it is possible.
DO THE PRINTED COLOURS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE SCREEN?
We make every effort to represent our colours accurately. However, colours can appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and the finish or size selected.
A5 and A4 prints have a glossy finish, while A3 prints have a smooth matte finish, so there may be a small difference in appearance.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
Please contact us through Etsy Messages as soon as possible—ideally within 48 hours of delivery—and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
If we have made an error, or your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please keep the item and packaging until the issue has been resolved.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Non-personalised physical products may be returned by contacting us within 30 days of delivery. The item must then be returned within 30 days of notifying us and should be unused and in its original condition.
Unless the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return postage. Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned for a change of mind.
