She was more than willing to send an expedited replacement order when we thought the original got lost in transit. Thankfully I ended up receiving it and it looks exactly as I'd hoped. Her help solidified me as a loyal customer.

5 out of 5 starsLovely monogram. Exactly as expected. Good quality card. Only problem is it's slightly smaller (less than 5 mms) than the 8x10 in frame I purchased resulting in a bit of a gap which is visible. Not sure if it's the frame or the print that's the issue.

Gift wrapping and packaging

How long will my order take to arrive?
As a rough guide for arrival times:
- For postage within Australia, orders generally arrive within 5 working days.
- For international shipping, orders generally arrive between 1 - 4 weeks.
Shipping times do vary from country to country. All orders are processed and shipped out of Australia using Australia Post's Airmail service.
Do orders come with tracking?
In order to keep shipping costs down wherever possible, I ship all small orders without tracking (eg. greeting cards, 8x10 prints, phone cases).
These all come with the optional upgrade for tracked parcel postage if you wish, which you can simply select at checkout.
Larger items (eg. 11x14 prints) are parcel post with tracking by default as Australia Post does not allow them to be shipped any other way.
Reviews, Queries and Disputes
Positive reviews are really important to me as I really pride myself on supplying my customers with the best service and products that I possibly can :) If you receive a product and you are happy with it, it would really mean a lot to me if you could please leave us a 5 star review! :)
If, however, you receive a damaged product or have an issue with your order, I ask that you do contact me before leaving bad feedback or raising a dispute so that I can work to resolve any issues in the best way possible :)
