Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of the products, I do not issue refunds. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the product you received please contact me as I am always happy to help.

Where can I download my purchase from?

Once your purchase is complete, you will be able to download a zip file from either the email you receive from Etsy or directly from your account at You > Purchases and Reviews.

If you checked out as a guest, you will find a link to download your purchase in the email receipt that was sent to you after your payment was confirmed.

How will I receive my product?

All products in this shop are digital items. No physical product will be shipped to you. Once your purchase is complete, you will be able to download a zip file from either the email you receive from Etsy or directly from your account at You > Purchases and Reviews.

Can I share or resell my purchase?

All printables are for personal use only. They may not be sold, copied, distributed, shared, or altered in any way.

All Canva templates include a personal and commercial license for a single buyer and can be used to create free or paid products. You must modify the templates, however, and create your final product. You cannot sell or distribute the actual templates.
