Sizes are stated in each listing. If not stated, "1 size fits most" is the general rule.

We are not offering personalized orders at this time, but we are offering custom listings. Please message us for customized listings on items you have seen at a show or on our social media but do not see here.

Gift wrap is unavailable at this time. are wrapped the EXACT same way as all orders. The only DIFFERENCE is that we cut the prices off the invoice. We include gift boxes is most orders, unless we run out.

Packaging - For small items we wrap them and put in a small box then in a bubble mailer. For small breakable crystals, we wrap individually, then in a box wrapped in a box. For large items we wrap using tissue paper, packing paper, or bubble wrap depending on the items. We use the most secure way to wrap. We include business cards and on repeat orders, or orders over 100 we include a pen.

Some items are available for wholesale, please ask. We do require a minimum purchase, and business credentials. We do not wholesale individual items.

Yes, they are natural crystals. We do offer manmade and enhanced materials as well! If they are manmade, enhanced, or dyed we will state that in each listing.

Processing and Shipping Times vary around Holidays. If a holiday falls on our usual shipping day, we will drop off the next day. For Rare Occasions of Delayed Packages, we will Message you ASAP. We usually ship within 1 to 2 days. If we are in travel to a show, we will message you.

We do refund shipping overages. If your package is cheaper than expected, especially international, we refund you the difference. We set a high international ship rate to cover unexpected charges.

We have a LONG list of References which includes Local as well as International People. GIA Certified Gemologists, AGS Member, ISG Graduates, Museum Curators, Mine Owners, Mineral Associations and clubs. We are a part of 5 different Mineral Organizations and are very active volunteers in the mineral community.
