Do you offer to print and ship digital games?
No. Please use your home printer or find a local printing store.
What paper should I print on?
Any standard 8.5" x 11" printing paper will work. If you are planning to print for long term use, it is recommended to print on a white card stock paper.
Where to find my digital purchase?
To access your digital downloads, simply go to etsy.com on a browser, login and click on your account, then click on Purchases and Reviews. The files will be there to download. You can download them as many times as you need.
When will I receive my digital purchase?
Your digital purchase will be available instantly. Click on your account, then Purchases and Reviews. Click on the order and your files will be there.
When I click on the link in the Etsy email, it says files aren't available. What to do?
Please log out of Etsy on your browser, then click on the link again. It might be that you purchased as a guest, or from a different account.
I am having trouble downloading my digital files.
If you have logged in on a computer and can't access your files through your account, please send me a message. Happy to help. Please note that Etsy does not currently allow digital purchases to be downloaded through the Etsy app. To access your file(s), you’ll need to log in to your Etsy account using a web browser on your computer or mobile device.
