The creator behind EverdaySupportCo

With a background as an NDIS support worker and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), I’ve spent years supporting neurodivergent children and families through daily routines, emotional regulation, and behaviour support. Over time, I saw just how powerful simple, visual tools can be in reducing stress and creating predictability - for both kids and parents.

As a mum myself, I also understand how overwhelming everyday routines can feel, especially during transitions like mornings, after school, and bedtime. That’s why I create neuroaffirming, gentle routine tools that support children without punishment, pressure, or unrealistic expectations.
