1 out of 5 starsItem was not silver, it was a thin metal coated plastic or something that was bubbly and snapped. wasn’t the same as in the shop photos, it was similar but more of a temu looking item. I did reach out to the seller who said I could send it back for a refund but he ended up refunding me without me having to send it back. that’s the only reason I rated the customer service good.

5 out of 5 starsThe ring is quite beautiful and made of quality materials. The ring looks really nice on my finger. The package was estimated to be delivered May 30 - Jun 1, but it didn’t arrive until Jun 5. I realize delivery is dependent on the shipper, so I don’t fault the seller.
