5 out of 5 starsHat seems to be decent quality. Size is a little iffy. I'm going to steam it myself and use a stretcher on it. Shipping was to be expected coming from Pakistan. Decent seller. would purchase again.

1 out of 5 starsI strongly recommend buyers think twice before ordering. I ordered July 1 after being told production & shipping would take about 2 weeks. On Aug. 7 my order was marked SHIPPED. FedEx never received it, yet I was assured it was on its way. I was later told production had actually been delayed. Another promised ship date came and went. I was AGAIN told it had shipped and given different tracking information—still no carrier possession. After nearly TWO MONTHS of contradictory explanations, missed commitments and repeated shipping claims, I opened a case. Etsy intervened, refunded me, charged the refund to the seller, and determined the order was NOT shipped in time. Etsy's decision is attached. I truly wanted this dress & gave the seller every opportunity to deliver it. Based on my experience, I 100% DO NOT recommend this seller.

1 out of 5 starsOut of many years of purchasing items on Etsy, this is by far the worst of them all. Here is a picture of my $200 hat in all its glory. The seller didnt bother to ship it with anything to provide it some structural support or protection. It was simply sent in a thin plastic bag. Furthermore, the item was not even recieved in the time promised (as if I would wear it anyway). When I finally messaged the seller and told him to refund the item, as i would not recieve it for the up-coming concert, he told me that because it was made according to my own custom specifications, it was not refundable. Apparently, choosing a "medium" size makes it customized and therefore unrefundable. Seller also lied about the date it was shipped. I included a screenshot showing it was not recieved by Fed Ex until 9 days after he claimed it was mailed

Such high quality leather and meticulous craftsmanship, custom made to fit my body measurements precisely. This sumptuous little black suede dress, with its sensational swinging fringe is a show stopper! I will be proud to wear it for a very long time!

5 out of 5 starsThe dress arrived, and it is exactly as described. The seller made it to the dimensions that I sent. I am very happy with the quality. My only issue was the amount of time that it took to get shipped, but I know that’s not the seller’s fault. They sent it quick, but there were issues with FedEx. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and would shop here again!

Yes, absolutely. Every jacket or coat we create is made entirely from scratch, tailored specifically to each order. That means every piece is made to order and fully customizable to meet your preferences.
Can made-to-order or customizable jackets be returned?
As a general policy, our made-to-order and customizable jackets aren’t eligible for standard returns, since each piece is crafted specifically to your requirements. However, if you need any alterations, you can send the jacket back to our manufacturing unit. We'll handle the adjustments there to make sure it fits just right for you.
Where are returns accepted if I need an alteration?
If you need any alterations, returns are accepted at our manufacturing unit. For all our made-to-order and customizable jackets, you’ll just send the item back to our designated facility for any needed adjustments. Our manufacturing unit is located in Pakistan, so that’s where we handle all returns for alterations.
