1 out of 5 starsUpdate August 11/2026 Sarah mentioned that she was away dealing with personal issues hence the delayed response. I note that she only responded after I did my review. She suggested that I could exchange the dress for another but I did/do not see anything in her store that appeals to me and I have not guarantee that the product would be suitable. I reached out to her two more times to rectify the situation and she has stopped responding. I timed the delivery to be home to receive it but it was delivered outside of the dates I expected it. I received a dress that does not look like the one I purchased. It is also two sizes too big even though I sent my exit professionally completed measurements. Update: The seller communicated with me and we have resolved the situation to my satisfaction. I have upgraded my review.
