Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to receive my item?
The production of custom orders takes about 2-3 weeks.
Delivery after production may take 2-6 working days, depending on the country of destination.
How to identify my furniture model?
You can check the cover's underside for a tag with furniture name on it.
If you do not have a tag, no worries, just send us a picture of your furniture and we will try to help.
Do you offer fabric samples?
Yes, you can order fabric samples from us on a link below:

Once you receive the samples, you can try to wash them, iron them and see which option suits you the best.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, you can return unused and undamaged items within 30 days after receiving it. Return cost from EU - 20 eu, from non-EU - 40 eu. All the shipping expenses are deducted from the refund.
You can also return the item by your own expenses to our warehouse in Lithuania. For more more information, contact us.
Are there additional import charges?
Yes, some of the destinations may require import charges.
If you are situated in European Union, UK, US, we pay for the existing taxes.
If you are in Canada, additional charges may be applied by the courier, depending on your region.
