Frequently asked questions

What does made-to-order mean and how long does it take to print?

As soon as an order is received via Etsy, it is immediately submitted to my print partner to be printed according to your order specifications. Because everything is custom-made as orders come in, production & shipping times vary and are estimates only. Some orders may take longer to print/ship out due to stock availability, production demand increases, as well as such things as COVID-19 safety worker guidelines.

Occasionally colors/variants may be out of stock so we may contact you for an alternative and will update the shipping time accordingly, but we always try to fulfill your order to the best of our ability as it comes in. Due to this process if you have an order with multiple items they may ship at different times and locations.

What technology is used to print on the t-shirts (and any fabric product)?

My print partner's standard process is Direct to Garment (DTG), which is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment, which then soaks into the fibers. This process allows them to create photo-quality prints on shirts (whereas vinyl and screen printing are limited in detail and color). DTG printed shirts are just as durable as screen-printed shirts when it comes to washability.

Apparel may have a slight vinegar smell on them upon arrival; this is typical for DTG-printed garments and will wash out after the first wash.

Why did parts of my order arrive seperatly?

If you order more than one type of item at once your order may come at separate times in separate packaging due to where the item is produced and where it ships from. I use multiple production partners to make sure the items you order from my shop are of the best possible quality for that item, and I only provide the best of the best for all my customers.

Sometimes my production partners use their backup facilities if they are out of stock at their main facility which can also result in different arrival times and different packages and tracking numbers. If you have such an order the first product to finish will show its tracking number on your Etsy orders page, while the other items that finish afterward I will provide in Etsy messages.

Wholesale availability?
