This privacy policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you buy something from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com and its related sites and services. It does not apply to the practices of third parties I do not own or control, including Etsy itself; see the Etsy Privacy Policy for how Etsy handles your data.

Information I collect
To fulfil your order you must provide me with certain information, which you authorised Etsy to pass to me: your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of what you ordered. If you message me directly you may choose to give me more.

Why I need your information and how I use it
I rely on the following legal bases to collect, use and share your information:
- as needed to provide my services, such as using your details to fulfil your order, settle disputes or provide customer support;
- when you have given your consent, which you can withdraw at any time;
- if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as keeping records of your purchase for tax purposes; and
- as necessary for my legitimate interests, where those are not overridden by your rights, namely providing and improving my services and complying with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information sharing and disclosure
I share your personal information only for limited reasons:
- Etsy: as necessary to provide my services and comply with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
- Print and delivery partners: every item in this shop is printed to order. Your name, delivery address and the details of the item are passed to Printify (Printify, Inc.) and to the print partner that makes and posts your item, most of which are in the UK, so that it can be produced and delivered. They receive only what is needed to do that.
- Compliance with laws: I may collect, use, retain and share your information if I believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to respond to legal process or government requests, enforce my agreements and policies, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues, or protect the rights, property and safety of my customers or others.

Data retention
I keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide my services and as described here, and for as long as I am required to keep it by UK tax and accounting law. I generally keep order records for 6 years.

Transfers of personal information outside the UK and EU
Printify, Inc. is based in the United States, so order details may be processed there. Printify applies the safeguards required for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses. Where possible your item is printed and posted from within the UK.

Your rights
If you live in the UK or EU you have rights over your personal information. You may ask to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you; ask me to correct, restrict or delete it (unless I am required to keep it for legal reasons, I will delete it on request); object to my processing of your information on the basis of legitimate interests; and complain to your local data protection authority, which in the UK is the Information Commissioner's Office.

How to contact me
For the purposes of UK and EU data protection law, I, Stephen Cousins, trading as Film My Run in Worthing, England, am the data controller of your personal information. If you have any questions or requests, please contact me through Etsy Messages.
