Thank you for the feedback and for praising our service and packaging! To clear up a few things for you and fellow buyers: The little loaf is a traditional French Financier. French pastries are intentionally dainty and elegant compared to standard American bakery items, which explains the size! They are 100% handmade; I simply use precise pastry molds to achieve that neat, consistent look. As for the chocolate shortbread, its crumbly, "dry" texture is exactly how traditional shortbread is crafted to be. Lastly, that pink treat was a complimentary Strawberry Snowball Cookie freebie! I usually label them and apologize if it was missed. Thanks again for trying our sampler box!
