I am so sorry to hear it came dirty. Id it gets dirty because of make up or skin care. You can clean it with micellar water or oil cleansing using a cotton ball. xx

1 out of 5 stars1 product turned up absolutely perfect and as expected. The second product was sent and recieved damage and a refund was sent as a new product could not be sent. I would have loved 2 x perfect products!!!
