How I found my path.
Hi, I'm Sam. Owner and Founder of Found Path.
Growing up, my father was a small business owner. I saw his passion and hard work being put into something he loved. I have always known that I would own a business of my own, but my purpose really became clear after I had my first child.
After having my daughter in 2012, I very quickly realized that finding children's clothing that fit 'my style' was HARD! I wanted neutral colors, timeless silhouettes, and vintage inspired pieces that just couldn't be found in an average store. Protecting the Earth and the environment is also important to me, so natural fibers that breathe and are eco-friendly were a must.
My father and Grandmother taught me to sew at a young age, and I began sewing garments while I was in Middle School and basically never stopped! Two cross country moves and another child later, I am still creating beautiful and high quality clothing!
Our family currently resides on a little homestead in Northern Vermont, with 3 cats, a dozen chickens, and two Mini dairy goats. We enjoy quiet days at home and going for walks down the dirt road.
I hope to instill the same passion for business and hand crafting in my children. Showing them that they can do anything they set their minds to.. Thank you for supporting small business owners like me!
