How to order from my shop

Please check the photos and the description for all of the listing details!

1) Choose your t-shirt size and style from the drop-down menu, then choose the color.
2) Once all the information has been filled out, click Add to Cart.
NOTE: If you have more items to order, hit the back button and repeat steps 1-2.
3) Once all your items are in your cart, choose your preferred payment method under “How you’ll pay” and checkout.
4) Review your order and personal information (especially the shipping address).
5) Place your order.

Sizing details & custom orders

T-shirt sizing details can be found in the size chart photo in every listing.

I encourage our buyers to double-check sizes/measurements before purchasing since all sales are final. Please send me a message if you have questions or concerns about sizing.

Returns, refunds, & cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns on any custom or personalized orders. With most of the items in my store being personalized in one way or another, please reach out to me to find out if an accommodation can be made.

If an item(s) arrives damaged please reach out to me with photo evidence and I will be more than happy to send you a replacement or issue you a store credit.

Cancellations can be made any time before the items have been created. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible.

Production & shipping times

All orders ship within 2 business days from the date the order is placed.

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. First class 3-5 business days. Priority 1-3 business days. Express 1-2 business days (Domestic).

I ship to the "Shipping address" used at checkout. Please be sure the address is correct. Message me immediately if an order has been submitted with an incorrect address!

I cannot offer refunds for items that are mailed to an old or incorrect address.

After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond my control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences. If you’d like an update on your order, contact the shipping company with your tracking number.

Missing or lost packages

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation!

However, please be aware that I don't consider a parcel 'lost' in the post until it has been a full 20 working days (United States)/40 working days from the date of shipping (International), and I will not replace an item sooner than this.

How to care for your garment

Turn your garment inside out, machine wash with cold water and a mild detergent. Do not dry clean or use chlorine bleach; tumble dry on low heat.
