Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I’m happy to make custom pieces! Everything here is upcycled from reclaimed materials, so a custom order is inspired by an item in the shop, with colours and details chosen to suit you. Message me with your idea and any deadline, and I’ll let you know what’s possible, the price and the timing before you order.
Sizing details
Sizing details are in each listing. Since every piece is handmade, small variations are normal. Not sure? Just message me.
Care instructions
Each listing has its own care information, but it’s basically always the same: wash on a low-temperature cycle and air dry. Gentle care helps your handmade, upcycled piece last longer.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Every order is packed with care, mostly in reused and recycled packaging, in keeping with the shop’s upcycling spirit. I don’t offer gift wrapping, but I’m happy to include a handwritten note if you’d like one.
Wholesale availability
Case by case...
Every piece is unique and made in small numbers, so I don’t have a standard wholesale offer. If you run a shop and love my work, message me and we can talk about what’s possible.
Are the materials clean and will the colours look the same as in the photos?
Every reclaimed material is always washed before I work with it, so your piece arrives fresh and ready to use.
Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Because I work with reclaimed materials, shades and patterns also vary naturally from piece to piece, which is part of what makes each one unique.
Custom and personalized orders and can I return or exchange an item?
Every piece is one of a kind and made from limited reclaimed materials, so a sold piece can’t be remade exactly. I can often make something similar in style, colours and technique, though, so message me and we’ll see what’s possible.
Custom orders are made just for you, so they can’t be returned unless damaged or not as agreed. If something isn’t right, please message me first and we’ll sort it out.
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
I ship from Switzerland. Orders are usually sent within 3-10 working days, and delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Switzerland is outside the EU, so customs or import duties may apply depending on your country, and these are paid by the buyer.
