5 out of 5 starsWell the first one I received was a factory defected one which the seller had no way of knowing as I expect he wouldn't want to open and check something to prevent it seeming used or getting fingerprints on the stainless steel or whatever and I'm completely fine with that. The seller didn't know it was a factory defect as I'm sure he has sold many. It's a great design and the second one I received from the seller, completely free of charge, is great, I just got it today and it's solid for the price it's very good in fact. At the price I paid originally its great. He did indeed check this one for functionality before shipping with excellent communication throughout the customer service experience. Shipping speed and packaging great, sellers customer service top notch and exceeded all expectations, made it right above and beyond!
