What is your refund policy on physical products?
Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a problem with the item.
We will accept order cancellations only within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, production begins and the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no extra cost to you.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after 1 hour
Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the the buyer
Shipping delays caused by postal or customs services
Minor color or print variations typical of print-on-demand
Can I edit the files I purchase?
Yes! Most of my digital products are fully editable using programs like Canva or Microsoft Word. Please check the item description for specifics, as some files may have limited editing capabilities depending on the format.
What format are the downloads?
Each product listing contains different file formats, so please read the description carefully. Some items are editable in Microsoft Word, others in Canva, and some include both options. In certain cases, files may be provided as PDF only. All products are digital downloads—no physical items will be shipped.
I purchased a digital product but didn’t receive it – what do I do?
Downloads are available immediately after payment via your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews. Still having trouble? Feel free to message me.
Can I use your templates for client work?
Yes! You may use them in your business to serve your clients. However, reselling the templates as your own is not permitted.
Custom and personalized orders
I do not provide customised orders for digital products on the Etsy store. However, if you need something tailored please contact me - there will be a charge.
