Care instructions

Apparel: Wash in cool, and hang to dry.

Items made with Gear and Tooth Yarn: Soak in wool wash and lay flat to try. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY.

Custom and personalised orders

I am open to custom yarn colourways or designing custom apparel, please message me to discuss your needs!

Wholesale availability

While I am not at a capacity at current to wholesale, I am not against inquiries. If you would like to discuss wholesaling either yarn or apparel please don't hesitate to reach out!

Why do you only offer non-superwash wool?

I have fallen in love with more rustic wooly wools and their roots in our fibre art traditions. I also pride myself on keeping my yarn lines eco-conscious by using less treated fibres and reducing my water usage.

While I don't have any superwash or merino at the moment that doesn't mean we won't see it someday!

Why don't you accept refunds?

I don't accept general refunds unless your package has arrived damaged or is entirely the wrong order. If you have ANY concerns please reach out to me as soon as possible and I will try to find a solution.

Do you offer local pick-up?

LOCAL PICK-UP AVAILABLE: Are you local to the Calgary Area or plan to be in the Calgary Area in the near future and want to save on shipping? Please use the code COWTOWN and select STANDARD DELIVERY (it should be listed as FREE) at check-out to waive your shipping fee, and I will reach out to arrange a pick up. Please note, that I will be ensuring all orders using the local pick-up option are genuinely going to pick up their orders and are not misusing the coupon for free delivery, please don't spoil it for others! :)
Local pick up is not available for Crafty Apparel as it ships from my supplier.
