5 out of 5 starsThis mug is incredible! High quality and just the perfect size! The customizable option is awesome too. Shipping was a lot faster than expected and I did get excellent customer service. Highly recommend for all the corporats out there who want to drink coffee out of a preem mug. The ONLY complaint I would have if I had one would be that some of the print does seem a little faded but besides that, its excellent.

4 out of 5 starsI love the tumbler!! Why not 5/5? There are minor printing streaks on the larger colored areas of heavy pigment of black and blue. Unnoticeable from arm's length but you can see them close up, especially when reading the text or during cleaning. Overall, would recommend and look forward to buying from this shop again
