Returns & Refunds
We pride ourselves on product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabelled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.
Please message us within 7 days of receiving your order if there's something wrong with the item.
All products are made to order, therefore we are unable to issue refunds for items purchased.
Delivery Delays or Late Arrivals
Shipping delays can occur due to couriers or customs — unfortunately, this is out of our hands.
We can’t issue refunds unless your parcel is officially marked as lost by the carrier.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimated, not guaranteed. Around busy periods like holidays, things can take longer. We kindly ask for your patience if your parcel is running late.
Print Quality & Colour Differences
If your item arrives with a printing error or fault, we're happy to offer a free replacement or refund — just message us within 7 days of delivery with the details and include photos.
Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. This is due to screen calibration differences and does not qualify as a fault or reason for return.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please be sure to double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We can’t offer replacements or refunds if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided. If the order is returned to us, we can re-send it — but the customer will be responsible for re-printing and re-shipping costs.
If the item is with your local post office due to address issues, you'll need to collect it or update the delivery info with your local carrier.
