Hey there, I'm Barb, a wife, mom, and personal trainer who knows firsthand how hectic life can get. Balancing family, work, and personal wellness can feel like an uphill battle sometimes, but I'm here to tell you that it's possible to achieve your fitness goals, even in the midst of life's chaos.
My background is in athletics. I competed in the sport of track and field for over 15+ years and achieved my dream of competing at the Olympic Games in 2016! Through my journey, I've learned that consistency, the right mindset, and a supportive team are the keys to success. I aim to support you by taking away some of the guesswork that often comes with fitness, so you can get started right away.
My workout plans and challenges are designed to make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and most importantly, sustainable for busy individuals like you. Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just starting your fitness journey, my goal is to provide you with the tools and motivation you need to get off to the right start and stay on track (no pun intended) haha
