This privacy policy explains how I collect, use and protect your personal information when you buy from GiftGameStudios.

Information I collect
To make and deliver your game, I collect the information you give me through Etsy: your name, your Etsy username and order details, the messages you send me, and the content you choose to share for your game, such as photos of the people in it, names, nicknames, dialogue, memory notes and a personal letter. Etsy handles payment, and I never see your card details.

Why I use it and the legal basis
• To create and deliver your game, provide support and answer your questions (to fulfil our contract)
• To keep order records required by law (legal obligation)
• To show your game or photos in my shop or on social media, only if you give me written permission (consent, which you can withdraw at any time)

Who I share it with
• Etsy, which runs the marketplace (see Etsy's Privacy Policy)
• Cloudflare, which hosts your game at its private link
• Authorities, only if the law requires it
I never sell your information or share it with anyone else.

How long I keep it
The original photos you send me are deleted from my files as soon as your game is delivered. I keep only the copies inside your game, in case anything needs fixing. Your game stays at its private link until you ask me to remove it. Order records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how I use it, or to send you a copy of it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children
If you send photos of children, I treat them with the same care. They are used only to make your game and are never used for promotion.
