When will my order ship out?
MADE TO ORDER - Takes about 3 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday) upon receiving all information. We carefully craft made-to-order pieces primarily by hand, so the creation process can take time.
How to care for my jewelry?
- Sterling Silver jewelry is meant for everyday wear, while cleaning and caring for your silver is simple. You can either use a small amount of toothpaste and a soft cloth to clean your Sterling Silver. Or you can use any Sterling Silver cleaning solution that can be found at any major retail department store.
- If you do not plan on wearing the jewelry for long periods of time, it is ideal to store it in a zip bag or an air-tight container separate from other jewelry with the silica pouch inside the box.
Is the jewelry sterling silver?
All products are made of Sterling Silver 925. Gold and Rose Gold jewelry are 18K Gold plated or Rose Gold plated.
- Plated is made of thick 18k gold or rose gold layered on .925 sterling silver. Plated is nickel-free and perfect for people with metal allergies.
Will it tarnish?
If you take care of 925 silver products correctly, they will not tarnish. This includes wearing or not wearing it frequently, clean it gently with a soft cloth or jewelry cleaning cloth and store in a cool, dry place. For the golden color, you will need to remove it while showering or using beauty products and perfumes to make it last longer.
Is the necklace / bracelet adjustable?
We ship with a 2 inch extension in addition to the chain length you chose at purchase. Example: If you buy a 16 inch necklace, you can use it as 16-17-18 inches with 2 inches extension. The same usage option applies to wristbands.
