The quality was much cheaper than expected. The item is stamped “silver,” but it is not actually silver. The sizing is also inaccurate. I accidentally ordered a US size 8, which should have been too small for me since I normally wear a US 9, but the ring arrived fitting at least two sizes larger. When I contacted the seller to share these concerns, the response was to ask me to leave a positive review rather than address the issues. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. Customers deserve transparency about what they are paying for, and based on my experience, I would not order from this shop again.
