How do I receive my files after purchase?

The download is immediate: as soon as your payment is processed, Etsy displays your PDF files in your account (Your Purchases). You also receive an email with the link. No physical delivery, nothing to wait for.

Can I print the sheets multiple times?

Yes. The files are yours: print them as many times as needed for your household, on A4 paper, using a standard printer. The computer-based version also allows you to complete the forms before printing.

Does the binder replace a medical opinion?

No, and that's intentional. Our documents are organizational tools: checklists, planners, letters, budgets. They contain no medical advice. Your healthcare team's instructions always take precedence.

Are the documents suitable for use outside of France?

They are designed for the French healthcare system (health insurance, supplemental health insurance, sick leave). The checklists, planners, and tracking pages remain useful everywhere, but the administrative guidelines are specific to France.
