5 out of 5 starsShortly after I bought the earrings the hooks’ gold plating began to wear off and the hooks were no longer the same color. I left a review stating so and the seller contacted me wanting to improve my experience. We talked for a while and were able to agree on a solution that I’m happy with. I really couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and customer service shown. It seems that I was an outlier in that no one has really had this problem before, so I plan on putting a clear coat of nail polish on the new hooks to preserve their beauty longer. :) I would fully recommend these because I can attest to the seller 100% helping if anything comes up.
