5 out of 5 starsThe crochet work on this is tight and high quality and the stuffing is dense enough to make a good pincushion. As a guy learning to sew I wanted something other than a stuffed tomato for my pins and this is unique and well crafted. Shipping was fast considering this is a customized order. I ordered 797 Light Taupe which appears to be the color in the pictures. Look at this little guy winking at you, gives me sackboy vibes. Highly recommended.

Custom and personalized orders
I am more than welcome to take custom and personalized orders. On each item that may be customized, there are specific instructions on what information needs to be sent. If there is missing information, I will send an Etsy Conversation. Upon receiving the missing information, the shipping date may be pushed back depending on how long it takes to get all of the instructions. If there is no response within 48 hours, the order will be made with the information that I have or canceled and refunded.
Care instructions
All of my crocheted items may be washed in the machine. Some are able to be dried in a dryer. If they cannot be placed in a dryer, there will be care instructions sent with the item.
Damaged Orders
They do happen :( If your order comes damaged, PLEASE send me a message with photos of the damage and also the packaging! Please do NOT throw away the packaging as sometimes the post office asks for the packaging when filing for insurance. Without these, I will not be able to replace or refund your order. I need photos to submit to the post service for insurance.
You must make contact within 3 business days of delivery. (Viewed by tracking number)

Need to Return an order?
Custom orders, Jewelry, and items on Sale are not eligible for returns.
Returns: As stated above, the buyer must contact me within 3 days of delivery (verified by tracking). The buyer is responsible for return shipping and new shipping.
Refunds: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If a refund will be given, the refund will be the purchase price minus the cost of shipping and minus a 20% restocking fee
Package unable to be delivered or package returned back to me
If the package is unable to be delivered and returned back to me, the buyer must purchase new shipping to resend. I only use the shipping information that the buyer includes at time of check out.
If the product is a custom order and the buyer declines to pay for it to be shipped again no refund will be given.
If it is a non custom item and the buyer decides not to pay for new shipping, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
If the buyer refuses to pay Custom/VAT fees and the item is returned, a refund will be given of the purchase price minus the cost of shipping and minus a 20% restocking fee
