Originally, I did not receive my package but when I contacted the seller, they immediately sent me another one. It arrived very quickly. Great quality and extremely helpful!

Custom and personalized orders
I am always open to discussing personalized orders. If you have an idea, I will do my very best to create your idea. I will need a deposit, then I will send photos of the finished good. If you are happy with the piece, the rest of the payment will be made, and your item will ship. Custom and personalized pieces cannot be returned, once you have approved the photos. Thank you very much.
Gift wrapping and packaging
There is an option to add gift wrapping. If you mark your item as a gift, you can include a message and opt to include gift wrapping. Currently, I use a gift bag and tissue paper. If you prefer wrapping paper, just send me a message and I will make it happen.
Can I return my item?
Every case is different. Please message me and I will do my very best to make you happy! I will accept returns if the piece has been mailed back to me in the condition it was received (buyer will pay for shipping and return shipping). Custom orders and personalized orders cannot be returned.
I can’t afford something I want!
For the more expensive pieces message me and we can write out a payment plan specifically for you!
