Harbor Logic is an operations consultancy. We document how a business actually runs, then build the systems that keep it running when the owner steps away — mostly for restaurants, bars, resorts and seasonal operators.
The templates in this shop are pieces of that work, packaged. If you have ever tried to reconcile a liquor count against a POS report by hand, priced a wine list without knowing your real landed cost, or run a sales territory out of a notebook, these are the calculations, structured, with sample data already in them so you can see how they are meant to work.
They are deliberately plain. No macros, no add-ins, no subscription, no connection to your POS — you enter the figures yourself. That is a limitation and we would rather say so here than have you find it in week three. What you get is the structure and the maths.
Built and tested in Microsoft Excel for Windows. Google Sheets, Excel for Mac, Excel Online and LibreOffice are untested. Every product is a digital download; no physical item is shipped.
