5 out of 5 starsI am absolutely blown away by how well this whole order was packaged up! Down to the hand written thank you note.. The quality of this button box & welcome home cake pin is sooo nice! The enamel is flawless, firm weight to them, & has the cutest back stamp to show authentication of creator which I love! They are larger than expected and I am so thrilled about that! These pins being so affordable do not take away from anything they have to offer!! so PLEASE RUN to her shop and purchase these amazing Coraline fantasy pins if you’re a fan, & especially if you’re a collector :) Thank you so much to the creator for the added extra goodies! What if my package has not been delivered to me but says "Delivered"?
If this happens, be sure to check with neighbors, as mis-delivery may occur, and your local post office. Unfortunately, if your package is showing "Delivered" on the tracking information page but has not been delivered to you, there is nothing I can do as the packages are completely out of my hands once dropped off at the post office.
What if my package is stuck in transit for a long time or is lost?
If your package has been stuck in transit for more than a few weeks, contact me and we can figure something out! Sometimes, packages get stuck due to weather and other issues for a while, but start moving shortly after. But if it has been a long time, message me!
What if the posts on the back of my pins are bent?
When I pack all orders, I make sure they are in perfect condition! Occasionally packages may get minor damages during transit causing the posts on the back of the pin to bend. If this happens, take pliers and slowly bend it straight back! This is normal and should not affect the pin :)
What if my package is damaged and the products inside are damaged as well?
Oh no! I'm so sorry this happened. Please send me pictures and we can figure something out!
What if my pin has flaws?
Please remember that all pins are handmade, so most pins will have minor flaws, however these pins appear nearly perfect!
If your pin has a major flaw (very noticeable flaws such as missing enamel, large scratches, missing screen-print, broken posts on the back, etc.) and you purchased a standard grade pin (will be default "Standard Grade Pin" unless you select "Minor Flawed Pin" or "Seconds (B-Grade) Pin") please message me and we can figure something out! Sometimes, a flawed pins may accidentally slip through as being a standards grade pin as I am a one woman shop, so please let me know! :)

EXPLAINING HOW THE GRADING WORKS*
What is a "Standard Grade Pin?"
There are different grading scales for pins and this also influences the price at which the pins is sold!
Standard Grade Pin: These pins appear nearly perfect and are sold at full price! Please note that although these are standards grade pins, very minor flaws may be visible when checked thoroughly as all pins are handmade in large batches. However, these tiny flaws don't affect the look of the pins at all :)
All pins are sold as default "Standard Grade!" "Minor Flawed Pin" or "Seconds (B-Grade) Pins" must be selected to purchase this type of pin if these grades are available for the specific pin design!
What is a "Minor Flawed Pin?"
There are different grading scales for pins and this also influences the price at which the pins is sold!
Minor Flawed Pin: These pins have small flaws (very small scratches, little dots/air bubbles, small metal flaws, etc.) that are a bit noticeable, however, these pins still look perfect! The minor flaws are noticeable upon close inspection but don't ruin the overall look of the pin!
These pins are sold at a small discount since there are small flaws, but the pins still look fantastic :)
"Minor Flawed Pin" must be selected (if available for the specific pin design!) to purchase this type of pin, otherwise default will be "Standard Grade Pin."
What is a "Seconds (B-Grade) Pin?"
There are different grading scales for pins and this also influences the price at which the pins is sold!
Seconds (B-Grade) Pin: These pins have very visible flaws which may include missing enamel, noticeable scratches, loose posts on the back, messed up screen printing, over-filled/under-filled enamel, etc. These flaws are noticeable, however the pins are still wearable/display-able :)
These pins are sold at a larger discount (ranging between 40%-50%) since there are small flaws, but the pins still look fantastic :)
"Seconds (B-Grade) Pin" must be selected (if available for the specific pin design!) to purchase this type of pin, otherwise default will be "Standard Grade Pin."
