Care instructions

All knit and crocheted items should be handwashed and laid flat to dry. Failure to do so may result in ruining your items.

Sizing details

Sizes are provided for all items. Due to the stretchy nature of yarn, sizing may change over time or with wear. Handwashing and laying items flat to dry is the best way to ensure as little size changes as possible.

I do my very best to measure all items in a natural, relaxed state (I do not stretch them before measuring or photographing them). However, with wear item sizes may change. Please carefully check the sizing of your items before you purhcase.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are wrapped in a padded envelope or cardboard box (depending on the size and quantity purchased). At this time, I do not offer gift wrapping as a regular option. However, if you would like to discuss gift wrapping with me (especially if purchases are being made as gifts and arriving at somebody else's home for the holidays), please contact me and I will do my best to help you.

Do you accept custom projects? Will you provide me with a custom item?

I do accept commissioned custom items on a limited basis. Please contact me for more details.

Wholesale availability

Because all items are handmade, I do not keep much ready-to-ship stock laying around. In the past I have made arrangements for wholesale or high-quantity purchases. If you would like to discuss a high-quantity purchase with me, please contact me for more details.

I accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me to discuss returns.

Shipping and Tracking

When items leave my hands at the post office, I no longer have control over anything. If your item has a tracking number, I will keep an eye on it and share that tracking information with you, but I do not know anything more than you do.

The United States is currently experiencing large shipping delays. Please keep this in mind when making your purchases.
