Note from shop owner Hello there! The shop is going to be closed during the holiday, but don't worry, the Candy Monster is working hard on the last few orders! If you already ordered something, it will be delivered or is already on its way to you! Please be aware that UK post office may have some delay because of the snow/rain, Covid, and they are usually extra busy during the Christmas Period. If you didn't choose the tracking, I can't know where the parcel are: they are on the hands of the post office at the moment!

Lost or delayed Items during transit - refound

Unfortunately I can't do any type of refund or product replacement. I'm an indipendent artist and my store is very small; right now I'm not able to pay for those accidents, and I can’t be held responsible for other countries mail systems flaws.

Shipping materials

Stickers and Postcards are shipped in a cardboard envelope and protected with a transparent cellophane bag, to prevent them from bending during transit.
