I bought this to help me keep track of my daughter's medicine. She had two different medicines and it was totaling 7 doses a day between the two so I needed charts to help me log her doses. Even though this is advertised as a chart for kids (probably for motivation for them) I found it really helpful for me because it helps with visually tracking. Sometimes plain text on a piece of paper gets overwhelming and difficult to keep track of even if it's in front of me. It's just hard to tell what I'm looking at. So I really like the visual aid of this chart. It's been super helpful for me. The design is very cute and easy to use and the seller was very helpful with making some changes cause I needed some different dosing options according to my daughter's meds and they were more than happy to help. Would definitely recommend:)
