Item came late as it has a COD - that has to be paid before it’s delivered…nothing was said about that! It is also small despite providing measurements.

This is hard because my first order was too small (my fault), so they rushed ordered another one and I received it within the timeline I needed, but it was the wrong color (it was bright red when it was supposed to be dark red). I did reach out to vendor and as of yet I haven't heard back.

Was great quality, the shipping messed up the coat and I needed to return it do to damage. A customs repacking I believe but also even though the quality was nice. The dimensions of the coat are way off , the belt was so high maybe an inch or two off my nipple and the arms were insanely tight. I am a 2 X kind of guy and I had my brother who is a 1 X or even a large sized guy try it on and he had the same problem with the dimensions of the 2 X size. Not made for Americans.

this is a high quality garment and it is made well. However the shoulders and arms are very tight. The seller says they will stretch. So just be careful on the size you order.

Customer service was great !

For how expensive it was, very poorly constructed, didn’t even fit my dad who I bought it for, despite ordering for the measurements listed. It’s a waste, don’t do it.

This has been a nightmare for me. I ordered based on measurements... it did not fit. Tried to exchange it, and the seller had me forward it at my own expense to the next person whom ordered it. The new size arrived, also clearly used and the item was damaged. When I tried to get the item replaced I was told I'd have to pay out of pocket to ship it again which was not cheap. I ended up not bothering because it was not worth the expense or headache. By this point the holiday season was sadly over anyway

So many problems!! Not shipping from New York as stated REFUSED TO REFUND never provided shipping info and never received item. We have been scammed. Lesson learned!

HOMEMADE QUALITY WAS TERRIBLE MADE

Product was not as advertised. 1) it is not the same color or cut. The pictured item is bespoke. The actual item was not the item pictured 2) it does not ship from New York as posted; mine arrived from Pakistan via UAE and they forged the shipping documents to avoid tariffs. 3) when I contacted them about a refund they simply stopped replying to me
