Thank you for visiting my shop. I truly appreciate your business and strive to provide excellent customer service. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, I would like to clearly outline my shop policies to avoid any confusion regarding the products and services I offer.

Shop Policies

Processing Time
All orders are processed within the timeframe listed on each product listing. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information through Etsy.

*****Once an order has been shipped with valid tracking, delivery issues fall under the responsibility of the shipping carrier and Etsy’s Purchase Protection program.****
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped through USPS or another selected carrier with tracking.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, the delivery process is handled by the shipping provider. While I carefully package and ship all orders within the stated processing times, I cannot guarantee delivery times or control delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other transit issues.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as I am unable to make changes once the package has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please first check the tracking information provided with your order.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before final drop-off.

If the package cannot be found, please contact me through Etsy messages so we can determine the best next step.

Etsy Purchase Protection
Etsy offers a Purchase Protection Program to help both buyers and sellers when shipping issues occur.

For qualifying orders up to $250 (including shipping and taxes), Etsy may issue a refund to the buyer if an item:
Is lost in transit
Arrives damaged
Arrives after the estimated delivery window
Differs significantly from the item description

If your order qualifies, Etsy will typically refund the buyer directly through their Purchase Protection Program while allowing the seller to keep their earnings, provided the order was shipped on time with valid tracking.

If your order has not arrived, the best step is to open a Help Request through your Etsy order and follow Etsy’s process to open a case if needed.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within the allowed return window if item listed permits refunds.

Items must be returned:
Unused
In their original packaging
In the same condition they were received

Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will issue a refund for the item price minus the original shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with the order.

Please contact me through Etsy messages before returning an item so I can provide return instructions.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
The damaged item
The packaging
The shipping label
This helps determine whether a replacement, refund, or carrier claim is appropriate.
