My Tracking Isn't Working
Tracking numbers can take 1-3 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. If the tracking is not updating within a few days, please contact us so we can address the issue promptly.
Can I return the product?
We do not have a product return policy. In the event of a defective or lost product, we will either send a replacement product or provide a refund. However, in cases where the product matches the order description, but the customer chooses not to accept it for any reason, we do not offer refunds.
