Every cutting board we create begins with recovered wood—materials given new life instead of heading to the landfill. Each one is then hand-finished with natural wax from our own beehive, keeping chemicals out and nature in.

I purchased this item for one of my friends. He absolutely loved the hat box. It was beautifully crafted, and Jason was able to put the entire Irish blessing on the back of the box which was amazing. I would definitely recommend.

These are cool and well made s&p7 shakers. I like the 3" height and they look great on our lazy susan. I highly recommend but know that the business name is engraved on the side of each piece. Does not detract at all in my opinion. Thanks lamboardStore!

Jason was great to work with! Very quick to respond! And even though I took three weeks to respond from initial contact he was so wonderful making the piece quickly and getting it shipped out in time for me to receive it for Christmas. I started woodworking at 14 with wobbly nutcrackers and crooked bookshelves in my dad’s garage, and at 51 I’m still hooked—only now I’m rescuing forgotten barn beams, recovered flooring and storm-felled hardwoods and turning them into pieces you won’t find anywhere else. Every board, shaker, or tray is one-of-a-kind or part of a tiny limited batch, shaped by whatever the wood wants to reveal that week, finished with techniques I’m always tweaking, and ready for your custom engraving—wedding dates, family names, inside jokes, whatever matters to you. After almost four decades of sawdust under my nails, I’m not chasing volume; I’m chasing the moment someone unwraps one of these and feels the story in the grain. That’s why I’m offering them now: so the next chapter of these old woods gets written on your table.
