4 out of 5 starsThe bag did come and is beautiful, however for the price I paid I was not impressed with how it was packaged to ship. It was folded and smashed so it is completely misshaped. I shoved a pillow inside it and hopefully after a few days that will help get it back to its shape like the posting picture.

Dear Katy, thank you so much for your kind words about the bag — we're so glad you find it beautiful! 💛 We're truly sorry it arrived looking misshapen; we completely understand the disappointment, especially with a piece you were excited to receive. Just to explain: all our bags are carefully folded for transit, as shipping them unfolded would dramatically increase the parcel size and make delivery far more costly for our customers. Genuine leather can temporarily lose its shape in transit, but it's easily restored — stuffing the bag with paper or a pillow (just as you've done!) for a few days brings it right back to its original form, exactly like in the photos
