A: Our standard turnaround time is 3 working days for processing, plus shipping times. Shipping details are as follows:

UK Shipping: We use Royal Mail 24, which typically delivers the next day.
International Shipping: Delivery usually takes 5-10 working days.

We also offer express shipping at checkout for faster delivery.

International - Express shipping is via DHL and usually takes 2-5 days

A: If you need to rush your order and skip the 3-day processing time, you can purchase a "Rush My Order" to prioritize your order in our queue. You can then select your preferred shipping option at checkout.

A: It’s likely the protective film is still on! Some of our acrylics come with a thin film to prevent scratches during transit. Once you peel it off, you’ll see the smooth, shiny finish underneath.

A: Yes we do samples. These can usually be found at the bottom of the quantity selection menu on the listings, where the option to purchase a sample is there.

Just a quick note to clarify, our samples are NON-PERSONALISED and marked with "Sample".

This is to allow customers to check the size, quality and colour before placing larger orders.

A: For UK orders, we use Royal Mail 24 (UNTRACKED), so your order should arrive the next working day after the 3-day dispatch time - you can upgrade to TRACKED 24 but please note, both of these are not a guaranteed next-day service so we can't refund for late arrivals

For international orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked, which usually takes 5-10 working days.

If you need it faster, we also offer DHL Express at checkout, which usually takes 3-5 days.

A: All our items are made to order, so unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we can't accept cancellations or issue refunds. Because items are personalised just for you, we also can't accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or if we've made an error with your personalisation, please contact us straight away and we'll send you a corrected replacement as a priority, free of charge.

A: The lower price you see is for a sample, this will arrive unpersonalised and marked with “sample.” It’s a great way to check the quality and colours before committing to a larger order.

For fully personalised items, make sure to select the personalised option with the correct quantity. The price is slightly higher to reflect the extra work that goes into creating custom pieces.

A: Some of our items are sold in sets to offer better value. If you're selecting the quantity you need using the first box, just leave the second box as 1—no need to change it.

A: Once you've placed your order, you can either send us a message on Etsy with the names copied and pasted, or email them to us at info@inketch.com.
