Customized and Personalized Orders
If the color or size you desire is unavailable, you can still place an order by selecting a different color or size. Simply send us a message specifying your preferred color through the "Message to Seller" box or via the "Message Center." Despite any discrepancies in availability displayed on Etsy, we do have stock of your desired color and size. Upon receiving your message, we will manually adjust the order accordingly on our end
Do we accept returns for personalized orders?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom products as they are personalized and cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns for such items.
Can changes be made to the size, color, or address of an order days after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, due to our short processing time of only 1-2 days, we are unable to accommodate revisions to an order once it has been placed. However, if you notify us within 1-2 hours after placing the order, we will be able to make the requested changes.

What is the procedure if I decide to cancel the order after the artwork has been approved?
In the event of canceling the order after artwork approval, a £10 fee will be retained to cover the setup cost for creating the artwork. The remaining value of the order will then be processed accordingly.
