The Inner Work Company was created to make deeper, more meaningful self-reflection accessible outside of the therapy room.
As a doctor of clinical psychology, much of my work centers around helping people understand the patterns beneath their behaviors—especially in areas like binge eating, body image, and the impact of complex trauma.
Over time, I began to notice that what was most helpful for many clients wasn’t just advice or strategies, but developing a clearer understanding of why they were feeling and responding the way they were.
This space was created to offer that same kind of guided reflection in a format you can return to on your own time.
Each workbook is designed to feel thoughtful, grounded, and non-judgmental—focusing on awareness, patterns, and building a more supportive relationship with yourself.
This is not about quick fixes or perfection.
It’s about understanding, curiosity, and creating space for something different over time.
