How quickly will I receive my template?
All templates are available via Etsy Instant Download. You will be able to view your purchased template within your Etsy Receipt or alternatively in the "Purchases" section of your Etsy log in

What software do I need to edit the templates?
A Canva Free account is all you need to be able to edit the templates sold in our shop
Can I get a discount?

Can I use your templates or parts of them to resell?
Unfortunately not. After purchase of an Insight Design Studio Template, you may not resell, redistribute or share these templates in editable format or part of for any reason; claim these designs as your own; or sell any design digitally or printed on any online store (including but not limited to Etsy, Ebay or your own personal store)
The templates are for interior designers to use as part of their standard business documentation, for use in prospecting, sales and project fulfilling stages of their work.
What are your general policies?
The designs created by Insight Design Studio are created for Interior Designers or others in a similar field.
Each template sold by Insight Design Studio's shop is copyrighted by Insight Design Studio and all credit must be attributed appropriately.
Permitted standard uses include changing or modifying the template in any way for use in your own business.
Please make sure you check colors, bleeds,trim lines, text and fonts within the template before presenting digitally, or printing. Insight Design Studio will not be held responsible for any printing or export errors.
By purchasing any file from Insight Design Studio Shop you accept these terms and conditions.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds due to the digital nature of the products.
Do you provide technical support?
Included in your template purchase is 14 days of email support.
For custom jobs, 30 days email support is provided.
After these timeframes, any additional support is at the cost of $150hour.
(Note, no free technical support is provided for any Excel files. This is due to the many ways Excel files can be saved and used. Such as many different versions, operating systems and saving methods)
