Hand wash gentle, lay flat to dry and reshape. Do not iron. Do not wring out or put in the dryer!

I do take custom and personalized orders! Please message me if there is something you would love made but don't see in my shop!
Refunds and Exchanges
Digital Patterns are non refundable.
For physical hat or tangible items( not patterns)
Refunds are accepted within 24 hours of order being placed. No refund for orders passed 24 hr time frame as orders are made to order.
Shipping Information for PDF file Patterns
I am sorry but I do not send patterns by mail. All of my digital PDF patterns can be downloaded instantly once the payment has been processed through Etsy. Should you have any issues with the download process, please message me on Etsy.

Shipping varies per item. Most of the items are made after your purchase has been made and processing times vary. Typical shipping through USPS is 3-5 business days.
